Both skaters competed sucessfully at the junior level. Faiella/Milo and Ottaviani/Scali split up after the 1999/2000 season. Faiella/Scali teamed up in 2001. Their choreographers are the 1988 Olympic Ice Dance Champions Natalia Bestemianova / Andrei Bukin. Faiella/Scali switched coaches after the 205/06 season and moved to Detroit (USA) to train with Camerlengo and Krylova. Anjelika Krylova is the 1998 and 1999 World Ice Dancing Champion (with Oleg Ovsiannikov). Camerlengo was a National Ice Dancing Champion of Italy and competed at the World level. They are coached by Natalia Linichuk and Gennadi Karpanossov since 2009. The couple had to withdraw from the Grand Prix Cup of Russia in November 2010 as Scali suffered a back injury.
